How did this business begin?  Having the opportunity to be involved in a sewing class at the high school, I immediately took my love of bears and and began sewing frantically.  Bears began piling up around the house and I decided to start giving them away to family and friends.  With my technology background I began my business over the internet and have been doing it ever since.  My love of painting, sculpting and sewing has added so much dimension to my life that I plan to pursue my passion further.

     I am also a full time artist who hosts two other websites featuring my watercolors.  You can see more about me by visiting bluepoodles.com.  My husband Dan is a teacher and musician and we love spending time pursuing our life's passions at home in the mountains with our son, our Poodle, Lhasa Apso and Bichon/ Terrier mix. There is nothing  better than when we wake up and have the whole day to ourselves to create!!"
